This privacy policy applies to Prospect Place Vic Pty Ltd ACN 610 910 748, trading from time to time as Future Leading Developments. References to “Prospect Place”, “we”, “us” or “our” on this website refers to Prospect Place Vic Pty Ltd and any of its related entities.

Any individual can request access to the personal information Prospect Place may hold about them by making a request in writing to our Privacy Officer. Subject to proof of identity and some exceptions which are set out in the Australian Privacy Principle 12, we will provide you with access to your personal information. If we decline your request for access, we will provide you with a written explanation for the refusal.
The service is free of charge unless the personal information requested requires excessive preparation time. In this situation, Prospect Place will provide an estimate of how much this service will cost and request agreement before proceeding.
If you can establish that the personal information that we hold is not accurate, complete and up-to-date, where possible, we will take reasonable steps to correct it.

We take reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal information is secure and protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Personal information is held on secure servers or in storage located in controlled environments. Prospect Place employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information held. If we no longer require your personal information we will take steps to destroy or de-identify it.
